Nutritional Coaching is included, become more aware of your daily eating habits and the foods you should be consuming. You will also gain access to weekly meal plans, and get a diet that is custom-made for you.

BOXING

Relieve Stress, while burning up to 1,000 calories an hour. Learn proper stance, punch combinations, and defense techniques.Get a Total Body workout from the ground up toning your Legs, strengthening your core and building definition in your upper body.

Train with the added support and motivation of family and friends. Working towards your fitness goals with a partner provides encouragement, healthy competition and fun at a reduced price. Individual nutritional coaching is provided.3 people max per group.

Uses Punches, Elbows, Knees, and Kicks to Condition your Entire Body. Defend Yourself With the Art of 8 Limbs.Train like a fighter for muscular endurance and power. Drills include jumping rope, footwork, mitts and heavy bag training  This high intensity workout is great for people who are looking for a fast-paced sweat-producing workout.

If you travel for business, live outside of the LA area or just prefer to workout from home, now you can Train with Jay anywhere in the world via Skype.Personalized workout program conducted over the internet, based on your goals, available equipment and time. Nutritional coaching also included with Skype sessions.

30MIN- SESSIONS

Short on time? You can achieve optimal fitness in 30 minutes a day 3 times a week. Utilizing circuit training and super sets yields a shorter workout that fits into any schedule. No Excuses!
