1. Michael Myers Stalkers (Walking Lunges)

- How to: Step forward into a lunge, keeping a steady pace like Michael’s slow, haunting walk. Alternate legs as you “stalk” forward.
- Reps: 3 sets of 10 lunges per leg

2. Jason’s Chop (Woodchoppers)
