Personalized workout program with your goals in mind. Whether you want to reduce your body fat and weight ,drop inches off your waistand hips or tighten up those problem areas (arms, stomach, butt and thighs). Nutritional Coaching is included, become more aware of your daily eating habits and the foods you should be consuming. You will also gain access to weekly meal plans, and get a diet that is custom-made for you.

Train with the added support and motivation of family and friends. Working towards your fitness goals with a partner provides encouragement, healthy competition and fun at a reduced price. Individual nutritional coaching is provided.3 people max per group.

Great if your self motivated and just need some guidance. You receive one 90min session in person or over the internet via Skype each month. Online Custom workouts, sent straight to your iPhone, iPad or computer. You will also receive nutritional coaching and one on one email support.

This high intensity fat shredding muscle sculpting workout is perfect if you like to get outdoors and train in a social environment. Each session is something new, you wont know what to expect. During the workout Jay provides each person with individual attention. Small group training consist of 4-8 people max and is cost-effective.

Jay will create a 12 week training program that will be sent straight to your computer and phone.   You will gain access to the worlds largest video exercise library, to ensure that you perform the exercises correctly. All online programs begin with an initial consultation via Skype or over the phone. You will also receive one on one email support.
